Principal Dentist and Clinical Director
Dr. Vince Chen

GDC no: 82468

Vince qualified from Guy's, King's and St. Thomas's university in 2003. In over 20 years, Vince has only worked in 2 other practices. This has allowed him to establish a long-term relationship with his patients.

He is dedicated to further professional development and has completed a Masters degree in Restorative dentistry at Plymouth University. His thesis on tooth-coloured fillings was awarded with a distinction.

Vince has also completed a certificate in Dental Education. He is involved in post-graduate teaching and is an external examiner for the Faculty of General Dental Practice.

Outside work, he is a keen football fan and enjoys travelling with his young family.

Dr. Ravi Dutt

Ravi graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2002. He furthered his post graduate training by completing his Masters in Restorative Dental Practice and was awarded a distinction from the prestigious Eastman’s Dental Institute in London. Ravi has also been awarded membership to the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and to the College of General Dentistry. He has also attained a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Executive Management from the ILM Institute.

Prior to his role of clinical director at HGDC, Ravi completed 18 years in general practice at a local referral sedation centre. This has enabled him to acquire a wealth of clinical experience and expertise in managing on going patient care. Ravi is particularly passionate about treating nervous patients and is renowned for delivering exceptional dental care in his calm relaxing manner.

Away from dentistry, Ravi enjoys spending time with his family and participating in various voluntary projects.

Dental Hygienist

Alice Murphy

​Alice worked as a dental nurse for 8 years before embarking on her training at the Eastman Hospital. She qualified in 2007 and has a wealth of experience treating different patients.

She is passionate about educating her patients on the health of their mouth and helping them overcome any anxieties they may have. She especially values building good relationships with her patients who attends regularly.

Away from work Alice is very family orientated, combining her boys' love of football with trying to keep in touch with close friends. She loves to paint and... of course Strictly Come Dancing!​

Receptionist
​Sameha Haque

Sameha is a keen dental student in her fourth year of study, she is passionate about ensuring every patient feels comfortable visiting the dentist and confident with their smile.

Sameha enjoys building good rapports with patients and has extensive experience working with people in dental clinics, vaccination centres, community centres, and schools. She is eager to help patients have the best possible experience with her optimistic and approachable manner. 

​In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, taking part in volunteering activities, and reading.

Receptionist
Julie Scott

Julie has over 15 years experience as a dental nurse and receptionist. She recently returned to the profession after having a career break to raise her children.

Julie is a very patient person and strives in helping others.

​She is an long suffering Arsenal supporter and in her spare time she loves watching her sons play football! She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Dental Nurse
Mahro Mahboob

GDC number: 305606

Originally a graduate in Human Resource Management, Mahro decided to pursue a career in dentistry as she felt dental professionals are forever remembered by patients especially, after a successful treatment. She feels fulfilled by seeing patients happy.

In her own time, Mahro enjoys attending dance classes and working on her small Youtube channel where she creates and uploads content on health, beauty and home care hacks/remedies.

Tamara Danaila

​Tamara started working at Hainault Gentle Dental surgery in 2020. She enjoys being here and is keen to learn as much as she can about patient treatments in order to help them through complex procedures. Her colleagues have commented on her thoroughness and her attention for details. 

Away from work, she enjoys traveling and likes discover new places with her family. She loves to spend time in the garden enjoying the smell of fresh flowers whilst gardening.

​Austeja Sap-Karaliuniene

​After almost 2 years of maternity break, Austeja decided to start career in dental nursing. She believes, that working in dentistry is rewarding and has a lot of career progression. Austeja thinks, that dental nurse is a part of team making a real difference in patients’ lives. In her point of view, no two days are the same and there is always something to learn.

When she has a free time, Austeja prefers to go for a walk with her family or to meet with friends for a cup of coffee.
